SHIPPING COST

We offer a standard shipping for any valid order over a certain amount has been met after applicable discounts.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs, and multiple addresses.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or by shipping location.

This applies to orders placed online throughout the DARe'Room website.

 

ORDER PROCESS

All orders will be dispatched within 3 - 7 days, and will be delivered within approximately 3 - 28 working days some countries may need longer. Order processing days are Monday to Friday (GMT+8). Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping notices are sent by e-mail after all orders have shipped for the day.

Note: Some countries may take additional delivery time.

 

A signature is requested on delivery for both standard and express deliveries. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to deliver on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re-delivery.

 

According to social distancing of COVID-19 to minimize the risk to spread in the community, all tracking service will be delivered to the letterbox or management office. Please check your letterbox or management office if your item status reflects delivered. International shipments will be substantially delayed due to global border closures.

 

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frames but delays* may occur.

*Delays reason: 

  • Parcel size over SF Store / EF Locker requirement
  • Wrong / incomplete EF Locker code
  • Wrong / incomplete delivery information (Address, Phone number)
  • If a parcel is returned, caused by Delays reason, or you refuse to accept it or you have not  picked up on time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to hard graft.

    Remarks: We will inform the delivery time directly if the item was out of stock or pre-ordered.

     

    Customs Clearance

    In accordance with country customs requirements, you may need to provide more personal information for clearance.

     

    Taiwan: 

    You need to provide Full Name, ID number, Address in Chinese to the shipping courier for parcel delivery and customs clearance.

    All individual imported express shipments require real-name authentication. If you are an individual with household registration in Taiwan, you need to download the “EZ WAY” real-name authentication APP on a mobile phone and perform the online authentication registration. Personal shipment without real-name authentication and confirmation of the corresponding consignee would not be accepted for import customs clearance.

    To prevent delays in customs clearance, please have the consignee personal information registered in advance. Please click herefor more details.

     

    South Korea: 

    You need to provide the customs clearance serial number and the corresponding name; either on of following customs clearance symbols

    1. Personal customs clearance serial number. 
    2. ID card number or alien landing certificate number. 
    3. Passport number. 

    Any one of the three can be written. If you do not apply for a personal customs clearance series number, or do not provide an ID card number. You can provide 8 digits of your date of birth instead.

     

    TAXES & DUTIES

    Please note, regardless of the service you choose you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, handling fees on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and have no idea what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times are provided by shipping carriers, and are not necessarily guaranteed.

    We are required by law to declare the full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation.

     

    SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

    We will not process and ship on Taiwan / Hong Kong public holidays.

    To avoid any confusion, please check the annual calendar for the exact dates.

    Please note: Our shipping carriers will not be delivering on public holidays and weekends in the country of destination.
